The Monroeville Industrial Park is a catalyst for manufacturing and industrial development in the Southwest Alabama region. The existing 132-acre park is home to Southwest Alabama’s first EDPA AdvantageSite. Monroeville houses the B.C. Hornady Industrial Incubator, a 157,000 sq ft building used to help new companies by offering space at a reduced rate during their startup phase.
